Went there for a ski vacation with the family and LOVED it. It feels very local (definitely not corporate) feel. The restaurant is very reasonably priced and there is no need to go anywhere else to eat. Free breakfast is outstanding! Loved the fireplaces in the suites and it is worth the extra few bucks for the room with the fireplace. Outdoor hot tubs are wonderful too. Staff is all nice. Do not expect a new hotel or rooms that look like a downtown high-rise hotel. This hotel has character and if that is not what you are comfortable with you should stay elsewhere. Came here again Christmas 2019 and it’s better than ever!! Authentic, friendly, reasonably priced. Everything you could possibly want!!!

Such a nice atmosphere. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Our room was so nice. The bed was super comfortable. Our kids slept on a Murphy bed which they thought was cool. And the fireplace was amazing! It felt so cozy. I keep trying to think of an excuse to get back to Taos so we can stay here again.

A clean hotel for a great price. It's not new and shiny, but it's clean and nice. The room is comfortable but the bed is far too soft for my liking. All of the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good. The bar and restaurant at night are both good and reasonably priced.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. My husband and I booked last minute and I don’t regret it. The men at the grill did an amazing job. The food was very tasty. Our waiter was very nice and checked up on us often. Over all this place is great. And they are pet friendly so you can bring your pets along!!

Perhaps we just got a bad room, but we did not have the most pleasant stay. The door in our room that divides the room and the bathroom was broken in such a way that it would not close. So I could hear and smell everything from the bed. That being said if you have room 124, I suggest you turn up the TV volume. There were other minor issues. Cleaning rags were left in our room. We were unable to get a solid internet for multiple devices. And our toilet was sensitive to clogging. To end on a good note the staff is great and the hotel lobby is beautiful. It is entirely possible with a different room we could have had a better experience.
